VIENNA, Va.--Nov. 27, 2006--Lucidiom Inc. purchased Trevoli Ltd., including its Photo Finale product family. This new suite of products rounds out Lucidiom's existing line of photo kiosks and kiosk software, creating a complete solution for the photofinishing retailer for printing via retail, home, Web, remote kiosks and in-store kiosks while providing in-depth data collection and analysis tools.

Founded in 2002 in Dallas, Tex., Trevoli Ltd. is an innovative digital software company specializing in digital media. Photo Finale allows consumers to organize, enhance, create, share, print, protect, edit and order digital photos easily. Photo Finale desktop software products are the flagship of Trevoli Ltd. and have been recognized consistently by Photo Trade News as product of the year in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Trevoli Ltd. has been a pioneer in commercial imaging software technology with complete end-to-end solutions such as Photo Finale LAB, Album and Web. In the American retail photo printing market specifically, Trevoli's software serves as the beyond-the-store revenue stream, connecting home users to a retailer for printing or community-sharing features.

Joe Zarrehparvar, CEO, Trevoli Ltd., remarked, "We built an unparalleled suite of products for the photofinishing industry in the last five years and felt an integration of our technologies with Lucidiom would expedite the benefits of an overall solution to our customers. Because of our long-standing relationship with Lucidiom, we began discussions with them to assist with this transition. Lucidiom will ensure that our customers continue to receive quality products and services and they will build on the momentum that we have created with Photo Finale."

The acquisition furthers Lucidiom's growth strategy to extend its core retail photofinishing competencies into new markets such as home-based photo printing and services. Lucidiom now can offer retailers a full product line that gives consumers the choice of ordering retail prints via a home desktop application, a Web-based application or a photo kiosk. Beyond the new consumer products, Lucidiom also can expand on its remote management and networking capabilities with Trevoli's back-end software to create more seamless business integration for photofinishing retailers.

"By rounding out our product offerings for photofinishing retailers, the acquisition is a solid step in building Lucidiom's position as the leading provider of digital imaging services worldwide," said Stephen Giordano, Sr., CEO, Lucidiom Inc. "Trevoli's strength in the U.S. market and its existing customer relationships will expand on the solutions that Lucidiom can bring to market."

Lucidiom will continue to support Trevoli clients while planning for a full seamless integration with Lucidiom's current products. Trevoli products and personnel are being integrated into the Lucidiom team.
