LexJet Boosts Customer Service with 15 New Employees



July 29, 2008--Sarasota, Fla. Over the past several months, LexJet has added 15 employees to its Sarasota headquarters staff in order to stay ahead of demand for LexJet products and to bolster the company's Customer Focused Initiatives (CFI).

"With the addition of several new product lines, a UV-curable sales and support team, and a group focused on the needs of in-house print shops, human resources have become even more crucial to ensure that we maintain the best possible customer service and support in the markets we serve," says Dean Lambert, LexJet's vice president.

LexJet's 15 new employees include eight account specialists serving the large-format, digital photography, UV-curable, and in-house print shop markets, three customer support positions, a graphic artist, and three IT personnel.

LexJet plans to continue adding staff in the coming months, including four new account specialists and three IT personnel to support LexJet’s ongoing system upgrades and cross-platform integration built to increase response times, ensure faster delivery times, and provide seamless product tracking and account support.
