Supplemental to the retirement of W. Ernest Precious and the appointment of Ernest W. Brodbeck, Jr. as President of Neschen Americas (effective June 1, 2007), the company has plans to restructure its senior management team with some notable promotions among key personnel. The following senior management appointments will take effect on June 1st of this year:
Current Neschen Americas Vice President of Sales, Ken Ferrigno, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ferrigno will report directly to Ernest Brodbeck and will oversee a newly streamlined sales and marketing organization.
Angela Mohni, current Director of Marketing, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Mohni will continue to lead the product marketing and marketing communications operations for the company and will report to Ferrigno.
Douglas Jackson has been appointed Vice President Supply Chain, responsible for strategic purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control. Previously, Jackson held a key management position within the company’s worldwide manufacturing / coating operations. He will also be a direct report to Brodbeck.
