[Cohoes, NY] – Jack F. Haren has been promoted to President and Chief Financial Officer of Mohawk Fine Papers Inc. A member of Mohawk’s Board of Directors since 2005, Haren was previously Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He has been with Mohawk since 1999.
Haren was a principal player in the acquisition of International Paper’s Fine Paper Division in 2005, and has continued to manage the financial success of the integration. He will retain his responsibilities for the finance, treasury, IT, and international sales departments.

Prior to joining Mohawk, Haren worked with Union Camp Corporation for 24 years. He has a BS degree from Fordham University, is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
