LexJet Adds Staff for Its Customer-Focused Initiatives



April 4, 2007—Sarasota, Fla. LexJet has recently added eight account specialists and two support personnel to its team in order to continue to fulfill the company's ongoing customer-focused initiatives.

LexJet's new team members include large-format account specialists Jesse Camire, Steven Lowe, Amanda Mathewson, and Stefanie Peters; digital photography account specialists Robert Finkel, Christopher Forker, Adam Hannig, and Jeremy Painter (who recently welcomed a new addition to his family, Cameron Wade); Paul Murphy to the IT Team; and Leann Jaroscak to the Support Team.

“Shortly after our acquisition of Sone Systems, which added expertise, a wider product selection, and same-day West Coast product deliveries, we launched a comprehensive Customer Focused Initiative (CFI),” says Chris Cudzilo, LexJet's vice president. "The most important part of our CFI has to do with LexJet personnel, and how they work with and support our customers."

Previously, Cudzilo explains, LexJet's account specialists supported both of the primary markets in which LexJet operates: commercial large-format inkjet printing, and digital photography. Now, LexJet's account specialists concentrate on one or the other market, providing greater expertise and more focused support, according to the needs of each customer within that market.

“LexJet's Customer Focused Initiative is really paying dividends for our customers. The in-depth training each account specialist receives is unparalleled and unprecedented in our markets," says Camillia Mankovich, LexJet's marketing director.
