Englewood, CO—October 26, 2007 — ExpressDigital has been named on Deloitte's prestigious Colorado Technology Fast 50 list, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Colorado by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002–2006.
ExpressDigital moved up in the rankings to 23rd on the 2007 Fast 50 list from 28th in 2006. ExpressDigital's increase in revenues of 130% from 2002 to 2006 resulted in the outstanding ranking.
“We are honored to be recognized on the Deloitte Colorado Technology Fast 50 list along side so many successful companies,” said Graham McFarland, President & CEO of ExpressDigital.
“Our exceptional growth is the result of creating software and services that successfully help photographers and imaging companies make money from technology. Congratulations to the entire ExpressDigital team for passionately executing the ExpressDigital vision over the last six years, resulting in this prominent award 2 years in a row!”
To qualify for the Colorado Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006, be headquartered in Colorado, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
