"I don't know how I'd work without CompuPic Pro. I've been using it for six or seven years, to the point where it's automatic. The galleries you see on my website are a push-a-single-button function in CompuPic Pro. Highlight a bunch of images, push the button, and the software creates a gallery, which I drag and drop to my personal Web server. So if I go on a shoot, I correct the images, and five minutes later I have the proof gallery online to show. The software has several batch commands, such as rename, resize, and crop. There's also a lossless rotation function. CompuPic Pro saves me time and helps increase my productivity."

SeeFile Webserver 1.7

SeeFile Software has introduced a new file support program designed for the easy capture, saving, uploading, and downloading of digital images. The software doesn't require conversion of an image to the usual TIFF or JPEG formats, and can be viewed on virtually any system with a Web browser. The easy interface allows for quick loading of RAW files, and the exclusive Permission Matrix offers a precise customization tool for adding details for view, size, watermark, and presentation look. A new drag-and-drop feature lets users upload one or more images to the server from a remote location. A sophisticated messaging system allows annotation of individual files and folders.

After 22 years in the business, there's not much I haven't photographed. However, that doesn't mean I'll photograph just anything. With a careful attention to detail, lighting, and a hands-on personal approach, I'm at my best when you need that special image. Using SeeFile has helped my clients instantly share the images created for them. Once a user is created, it automates the process of viewing and maintaining the images created specifically for his or her use. It also allows users to easily share the permissions of third-party vendors to access and download if they choose to. Working with in-house art directors who want control of their companies' image libraries is critical. SeeFile is a software that lets myself and the client make changes to each individual image with ease. We can change the name and the size, delete, add, move, or download images smoothly. SeeFile also enables us to create different categories for each specific client—a must in this industry.

StudioPlus 6.0

StudioPlus's Version 6.0 brings digital workflow to a new level, with enhancements including the ability to copy images from a memory card, create JPEG previews from either RAW or high-res image files, and burn an archive CD/DVD with a single click. Increased performance allows you to load hundreds of images without slowing down your computer's performance. As you sort images, drag and drop them into customizable image groups to categorize them any way you want. The new Image Presentation Screen gives you all the tools you need to show ,sell, and order images with clients present. Rank the images and use the new Quick Pick List to efficiently record a client's order.

"After evaluating three major image management software products, we decided on StudioPlus for ease of use and its user-friendly graphic interface. The ability to navigate through the program for invoicing and image management for digital workflow is outstanding. The newest version can actually process your RAW files, create high-resolution JPEGs, and low-res proxy images, all with the click of a button. Since we project our images, the integrated slideshow with music is great. Instead of moving my projector back and forth for different image sizes, I simply click the function keys to project 8x10s through 40x50s. This helps the continuity of the sales presentation a lot!"
