Ulead debuted Photo Express 4.0 My Scrapbook Edition, offering everything needed to create attractive scrapbook pages and covers, combined with a complete image editor.
Consumers can create titles using 30 free fonts included in My Scrapbook Edition, or any True Type fonts residing on their computer. Additional features perfect for scrapbook enthusiasts include the ability to create customized background paper, using their own photos as backgrounds, and a vast library of clip art for page accents. Users can edit the images before inserting into scrapbook page layouts in either 8-1/2-by-11-inches or the common 12-inch-by-12-inch format. For scrapbookers who do not own a large-format printer, custom page borders can be printed out on regular letter-sized paper.

Pictorico Wide Format
As an increasing number of professional and amateur photographers print their images on inkjet printers, the ability to select from a variety of inkjet media substrates and sizes is becoming more important to the creative process. To address this need, Pictorico Ink Jet Media, which currently has eight substrates on the market, is adding seven wide-format rolls to its line of premium specialty papers. Nikon has introduced the AF-S Nikkor 300mm f/2.8D ED-IF II, a compact and lightweight telephoto lens that offers superior optical performance and fast autofocus operation. The minimum focusing distance is 7.5 feet. The AF-S Nikkor 300mm f/2.8D ED-IF II is an extremely fast focusing lens. It's Silent Wave Motor design, Internal Focusing system and advanced M/A mode combine to compliment Nikon's Multi-Cam 1300 Autofocus Sensor with five-segment detection featured in Nikon's pro models. In addition, the nine-blade diaphragm produces images with more natural looking highlights and sharper details.

SiPix, the Digital Image Appliance Co., introduces the iQuest DualCam. The iQuest is a full-featured USB video camera, offering VGA quality at up to 30 frames per second. The camera features a three mode built-in flash, a 10 second self timer and video-out port. The camera can be untethered and store images in its built-in memory. Olympus Introduces Sleek Binoculars
Olympus America continues to expand its line of binoculars with the introduction of the new EXPS I Pathfinder. The Pathfinder series offers BaK-4 porro prisms with a new and improved ergonomic design and long-eye-relief (18mm), with twist up-down eyecups. These standard size porro-prism binoculars are small yet powerful, making them ideal for travel and all-around outdoor use including hiking, bird watching, and spectator sports. Customized adjustments are fast and easy with a built-in dioptric correction to adjust to an individual's eyesight and a large control knob for easy focusing.
