Canon U.S.A., Inc.
Canon U.S.A., Inc., (www.canonusa.com) unveiled two new imagePROGRAF 12-color, large-format printers: the imagePROGRAF iPF6100 and imagePROGRAF iPF5100. The new printers are capable of 24-inch wide and 17-inch wide prints, respectively, and have a 12-color pigment inkset. The color formulations reduce bronzing and provide better ink adhesion for improved scratch resistance. Both new models support next-generation Kyuanos color management technology for Windows, to deliver output color suitable for different viewing conditions, such as fluorescent lights, incandescent lights, and sunlight. Each model offers easy-to-use color calibration to help ensure output color consistency and accuracy.

The Sigma Corporation
Sigma (www.sigmaphoto.com) unveiled the DP1, an integral-lens compact camera with all the functions of a full-spec digital SLR, including a built-in lens and APS-size sensor. Equipped with a 14-megapixel (2652x1768x3 layers) large-size, direct-image sensor, the DP1 uses three silicon-embedded layers of photo sensors and takes advantage of silicon's ability to absorb red, green, and blue light at different depths.
Visatec (www.visatecusa.com)released two car bag kits. Both measuring 21.3"x9.4"x10.2", the car bag kits are convenient and portable. Made of high-quality polyester fabric, one comes equipped with two SOLO 400 B units and the other with two 800 B units.
