Award Winners...

White Glove owners Larry Crandall and Paul Thompson came away from the PPA National Convention with three award-winning books entered in the wedding album competition.
One book, submitted by Thompson, was awarded a merit for excellence and was classified as the smallest "album" entry ever submitted in national competition. It measured less than 3 inches by 4 inches. The judges were overwhelmed with the creativity displayed in this White Glove First Edition book.
Thompson also received an award of merit for a book (this one measured 8.5x12) entered into national competition.
The highest honor went to Crandall, who was awarded one of the top five albums nationwide by the Print Competition Committee for his submission of "The marriage of Kristin and Tim".
All three books were created by White Glove First Edition Books, which specializes in uniquely designed "coffee table" style books. Crandall and Thompson personally design the books White Glove produces, drawing on their more than 45 years of firsthand experience in the wedding photography business.
Unlike traditional photographs mounted onto album pages, the three award-winning books were created on Epson's Gemini Portrait Printing System, using a non-photographic process of printing archival ink onto enhanced matte paper.
