Calagaz Hosts Girls Night Out

The ladies have it-at least at Calagaz Photo & Digital in Mobile, AL, where more than 90 women attended Girls Night Out to learn how to create unique products with their digital images.

Attendees learned how to create DVDs, scrapbooks, photo calendars, photobooks, invitations, thank you cards, folded cards, and other personal photo gifts through Lucidiom photo kiosks.

Attendees also preserved family memories through the store's nine digital print stations.

"This was our fourth Girls Night Out over the last two years, and each one continues to get even bigger and better," said PAULINE C. MCKEAN, VP of sales. "We make it fun for women to make truly personal gifts for their families in a celebratory and relaxing environment."

Guests enjoyed wine and hors d'oeuvres, as well as participation in a raffle for a pink Olympus FE340 digital camera and in a live auction for a suite at the Mobile Bay Bears.

"My son is getting married in May, so I wanted to see how to make a DVD for the after-rehearsal party," said DEBI WILKINS, one attendee. "It was quick and easy, and I had fun and learned from the staff and other attendees what other types of gifts I could make in the future."

"I had so much fun tonight. I wish Calagaz would do this every month," said SHARON MARTIN, another attendee.
