Polaroid Debuts MP Digicam
Polaroid Corp., has launched the PhotoMAX PDC 1320, a consumer Megapixel camera. The camera incorporates both 1,280-by-960 and VGA resolution modes, allowing the user to optimize image capture for printing or online sharing, a 2X digital zoom, and three flash modes. Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., debuted the FinePix 2800 Zoom, the company's latest mid-range digital camera. The FinePix 2800 features a 2-Megapixel CCD, and a 6X optical zoom lens. The FinePix 2800 Zoom's bundled accessories include a 16MB SmartMedia card, four AA Alkaline batteries, shoulder strap and USB and video cables. Minolta Corporation has expanded its digital camera line-up with the new DiMAGE E201. The E201 features a 2.3 MP CCD and 2X digital zoom. This entry level digicam can also record movie clips of up to 60 seconds. Images can be recorded in either Jpeg or Tiff formats on CompactFlash Type I media.
