Pentax Imaging Company announced two stylish, colorful, compact digital cameras: the Optio P70 and Optio E70. With 12 megapixels for large, detailed images, a 4X optical zoom (equivalent to 27.5-110mm), plus a wide angle 28mm lens that is ideal for landscape, indoor, and group photos. The Optio P70 is available in multiple colors. Additional features include a 2.7-inch high resolution, wide-angle view LCD panel, and new Pixel Track Shake Reduction technology. Lenmar released the PowerPort Solar, a portable Lithium-ion battery with its own built-in solar panel. When fully charged, this ultra-compact external battery will use its own power for portable electronic devices, including cellphones, PDAs and media players without access to an AC plug. Lexar Media announced a new line of memory cards specifically designed for extended, standard- and high-definition (HD) video capture. The Lexar Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Full-HD and the Lexar Memory Stick PRO Duo Full-HD Video memory cards give consumers a wide selection of easy-to-use memory solutions for capturing and storing more videos in 1080 resolution full-HD video. Canon U.S.A., Inc announced a new line of five VIXIA high definition and six standard definition camcorders, which are available in a variety of different recording formats, including Flash Memory. All VIXIA camcorders feature Canon's trinity of core technologies that create the highest level of high definition image quality--a Genuine Canon HD Video Lens; Canon designed and manufactured HD CMOS Image Sensor for Full HD image capture; and Canon-developed DIGIC DV II and DIGIC DV III Image Processors. Neschen Americas announced the launch of their new dye-sublimation textile media. DirectTex products feature special coatings that allow printing direct to the fabric before sublimation, eliminating the need for transfer paper. DirectTex and TransferTex dye-sublimation media are available in roll sizes ranging from 61-inches to 122-inches wide, with roll lengths of 164-ft to 328-ft, depending on the material; 35-inch x 23-ft sample rolls are also available.For more information visit

Primera Technology, Inc., announced its new FX400 Foil Imprinting System. FX400, an optional accessory to Primera's LX-Series Color Label Printers, works in-line to apply shiny gold and silver borders, fonts and other graphics to inkjet-printed labels. Clear film for FX400 is also available, which adds UV resistance to printed output and allows longer exposure to natural and artificial light sources. Primera's exclusive PTFoil Software is included with FX400. The software makes it easy to combine two different graphics--one for inkjet printing and the other for foil imprinting--on the same label. Think Tank Photo released three new backpack lines: the Shape Shifter, StreetWalker, and Pixel Sunscreen 2.0. The first backpack to expand and contract to fit DSLR equipment, the Shape Shifter can be compressed to 3-inches in width once equipment is removed.
