Avery Denniso Launches New Labeling Line
Avery Dennison's Graphics & Reflective Products Division launched a new marketing initiative to highlight the advantages of the Fasson Crack'n Peel brand product line. Crack'n Peel products cut like paper and are used in a variety of applications, such as specialty premium, prototype, and short-run labels; kid's stickers; and backstage concert passes. The line includes premium white facestocks, premium colors, block-outs that offer 100% opacity, and specialty sheets (including a satin cloth).

Crescent launches Fragrant Fotoscents Line
The Crescent Cardboard Company announced their new line up of fragrant photo frames and greeting cards called FotoScents. Ballstars Lend a Personal Touch to Gift Giving

Wacom Expands Cintiq Portfolio
Wacom Technology Corp. announced the introduction of two new members to the Cintiq family-the Cintiq 12WX and Cintiq 20WSX. Pentax adds New Binocular Models to line
Pentax Imaging Company added three new binocular models to its line of sport optics products. The new series of Pentax DCF SW roof-prism binoculars includes two models, the 8x25 and 10x25 units; both fold up to be ultra-compact, and both are waterproof. Sakar Granted License for Speed Racer
Sakar International, Inc., has been awarded a license by Warner Bros.' consumer products to design and develop a full range of consumer electronics based on next summer's live action film, Speed Racer. Sakar will debut its Speed Racer collection to the trade at the International Toy Fair in February. The collection will include digital still and video cameras, alarm clock radios, walkie-talkies, flashlights, MP3 players, text messengers, and more. InteliCoat Introduces New Inkjet Sublimation Paper
InteliCoat Technologies is showcasing its Magic DS100 Hybrid at PMA 2008-a lightweight inkjet dye-sublimation paper used for sublimation transfers. The 100-gram specialty paper prints a wide gamut of vibrant colors, while enhancing the release of ink during the sublimation process. Minox Introduces Spotting Scope
Minox unveiled its new MD 50 W Spotting Scope. At about 8-1/2 inches long and weighing just 21.69 ounces, it delivers 16x to 30x magnification with bright, high-resolution images. The MD 50 W can be handheld at the 16x magnification; however, for optimum performance, a tripod is recommended. The angled shape of the scope offers a more relaxed viewing stance, and with its swivel tripod connection, the scope can be pivoted while on the tripod. Unique new Quik Pod Handheld Camera System
Fromm Works Inc. unveiled its Quik Pod DSLR handheld camera system. Attach a camera or camcorder to the quick-release camera mount and extend the sectional rods to touch the ground for support. Samsung adds new S-Series digicam models
Samsung announced the addition of two entry-level digital cameras: the 7.2-megapixel S760 and the 8.1-megapixel S860. The two new models extend the range of Samsung's S-Series. Both models feature a 3x optical zoom, Samsung SHD lens, and Digital Image Stabilization (DIS). Users can also take advantage of features such as face detection and a Self-Portrait mode. The S760 and S860 also boast a special effects "E" button, which gives users instant access to a host of creative controls, including options for resizing and rotating images; adjusting brightness, contrast, and saturation levels; fixing red-eye; and manipulating color, including saving captured images as B&W, Sepia, Red, Blue, Green, and Negative.
